Facts about Willow
✰ 1960’s Starliner Caravan
✰ 3 person serving window on the right hand side
✰ 5m long (including the drawbar), 1.9m wide and 2.5m high
✰ Can fit inside a carport that is at least 2.8m high
✰ Has two sinks which help keep your beverages cool while serving
✰ Working lights inside Willow keep the bar illuminated for your guests
What you need to provide
✰ A chiller trailer to be placed outside the back of Willow to ensure your guests drinks are kept cool for the entire event
✰ Power for Willow (either a standard outlet at the venue or a generator)
✰ Alcohol for the event. We’re happy to help with providing quantities and ideas that work for you
All bookings include
✰ Willow The Caravan bar hire
✰ 2-3 experienced bar service staff
✰ 2 glass dispensers with fruit infused water and eco friendly paper cups
✰ Ice for chilling drinks
✰ Decoration of Willow
✰ 1 x A2 chalk A-board and 1 x A4 chalk A-board for bar menu/drink options
✰ Travel within the Auckland Region (travel charges apply for outside of this area)

A little about me
My name is Tori, I am the driving force behind Willow the Caravan Bar. I've spent some years living abroad in cities such as Melbourne and London where I worked in busy bars & restaurants. It was during these travels that I discovered my passion for bartending!
At the age of 26 I decided it was time to take a leap and pursue a business of my own in hospitality. So upon my return home in 2020, when I came across Willow for sale, I jumped at the opportunity to become the new owner...and I'm so glad I did!
For me, what I do is so much more than a job, I get to meet new people every day and help them celebrate one of the happiest days of their lives. I put my heart and soul into every event I attend with Willow and add a unique and professional service to cater to all my customer’s needs.

We hired Willow for our Christmas staff function. Tori, the team and the caravan were the perfect addition tp our outdoor farm style Christmas party. Our staff could help themselves to margaritas, mojitos, Moscow mules and espresso martinis throughout the day - and each of them was a hit!
